Do you love weddings, thrive on building relationships, and have a knack for sales? DoubleTree by Hilton is searching for a creative, energetic Wedding & Events Sales Manager to help couples turn their dreams into reality!

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Unforgettable Experiences: Prospect, solicit, and book weddings and social events, transforming inquiries into lifelong memories.
  • Guide the Journey: Lead clients from first contact to “I do,” customizing packages and providing venue tours that inspire.
  • Team Up for Success: Collaborate with our catering, events, and operations teams to ensure every detail is perfect—from setup to breakdown.
  • Be a Community Connector: Attend bridal shows, network at local events, and use social media to showcase our beautiful spaces and happy couples.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture connections with clients, vendors, and the local community to keep our venue top-of-mind.
  • Drive Results: Monitor your sales performance, celebrate wins, and always look for ways to exceed goals.
  • Stay Organized & Responsive: Respond to RFPs and leads timely.
  • Solve Problems with Positivity: Tackle challenges with creativity, making every event seamless and stress-free.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED + 2 years of related experience (hotel sales preferred)
  • Valid PA Driver’s License
  • Hilton Brand Training (required upon hire); RAMP & CPR certifications (we’ll train!)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PEP skills (Delphi & Social Tables a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, and outside sales calls
  • A passion for hospitality and making people smile!
