Job Summary

As a Bartender/Server, you’ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment, and ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service throughout their stay. You’ll be the face of our lobby bar, setting the tone for great conversations and relaxing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and brand standards.
Prepare and serve light food menu items.
Engage guests with genuine hospitality, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment.
Accurately process payments, handle cash, and follow all accounting procedures.
Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol service laws.
Assist with inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining bar presentation.
Work collaboratively with the front desk and to provide seamless guest service.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 (per state law).
Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Evening shift 5pm-10pm or later Friday & Saturday.
