Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously during the breakfast hours.
• Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guests inquiries with professionalism and positive attitude, providing information about hotel amenities and services.
• Support guest relations by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of their stay.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $9.50 per hour
