Weekend Clinical Care Coordinator - Community Services- PHLEBOTOMY a MUST

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinators to join WEEKEND MOBILE UNIT outpatient medical services team. VERY GOOD in PHLEBOTOMY a must. This role is ideal for organized, adaptable professionals who work well in a paired, team-based environment and have worked with HIV/STD and IV drug abusers. An ideal candidate is passionate about delivering Care to HIV/STD and IV drug abusers, deliver high-quality patient care across this community and surrounding counties in Florida.

This position requires strong phlebotomy skills, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic care settings.

Duties

  • Perform basic health screenings and blood and urine specimen collection (phlebotomy experience required)
  • Assist with patient intake, scheduling, follow-ups, and EMR/EHR documentation
  • Work as part of a two-person care coordination team at community sites
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Travel locally in mobile unit to support outpatient and community-based services
  • Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality in secure environments

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in phlebotomy, medical assisting, or a related clinical field
  • Phlebotomy/specimen collection experience required
  • Knowledge of HIV/STD prevention, counseling, or risk assessment preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations
  • Ability and willingness work in a mobile unit
  • Saturday availability A MUST
  • Comfortable using EMR/EHR systems (or willing to learn)
  • Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
