Weekend Dental Assistant Instructor

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to instruct aspiring dental assistants. The classes are conducted on Saturdays, spanning from September to November and January to May. Depending on the class enrollment, the position may involve either full-day or half-day (morning) commitments. The work schedule is also contingent upon your availability, and we will make every effort to accommodate specific Saturday preferences. Instructors should have knowledge of:

4 handed dentistry

Taking alginate impressions, pouring alginate up in stone along with trimming

Instrument transfer

Disinfect operatory

Rinsing and suctioning

Needle and syringe

Sterilization

Bitewing x-rays

PA x-rays (with ring and bisection technique)

Panoramic x-rays.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
