Weekend Developmental Nanny - BT, RBT, OTA (W2, 10am–2pm)

We are seeking a reliable Weekend Nanny with a behavioral or therapy support background to assist with our active preschooler while we work from home.

This role is ideal for someone who currently works, or has recently worked, as a Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

Most shifts involve accompanying our child to one or two structured activities, such as therapy, swim lessons, or a small group art class. The focus of the role is supporting smooth transitions, engagement, and a calm routine during outings.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and attend scheduled activities

• Support transitions between activities

• Engage with our preschooler during outings

• Help maintain a calm, structured routine

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged autistic children independently in community settings

• BT, RBT, or OTA background strongly preferred

• College degree preferred

• Strong organization and ability to manage transitions

• Valid CA driver’s license & CA car Insurance and reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check before starting

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40 per hour (W2)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
