• Weekend Supervisor Role

• 12-hour shifts: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Missouri (required)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in supervising and supporting clinical staff

• Passion for providing high-quality resident care

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and services

• Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure compliance and quality standards
