The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of the community clubhouse and its surrounding areas. This position ensures that all residents and guests experience a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained facility. The attendant assists with events, monitors facility usage, and provides excellent customer service always.
Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor clubhouse facilities, including fitness center, pool area, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-stocked.
Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a positive and safe environment.
Set up and break down furniture or equipment for resident events and community functions.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager promptly.
Assist with scheduling clubhouse reservations and maintaining usage logs.
Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining attendance records.
Ensure that all clubhouse amenities are properly opened and closed according to schedule.
Perform light janitorial duties such as wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
Assist with resident communications and provide information about community activities.
