• Your Impact:

  As an RN/LPN at Grand Rapids, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, ensuring that our residents receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

• Deliver individualized nursing care based on residents’ personal care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Assess residents, update care plans, and respond to health changes

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support resident health and wellness

• RN's would supervise LPNs and CNAs. LPN's would supervise CNA's both offering mentorship, direction, and accountability

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical regulations

• What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN/LPLN license in the State of Michigan (required)

• CPR Certification (required)

• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)

• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
