We are hiring a skilled and experienced Weldor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Must speak and understand English
• Physically fit and has a good personality
• GCC experience in the same role is a must

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding specifications accurately.
• Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical stamina for working long hours and in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and precision to ensure strong, safe welds.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members on-site.
• UAE-based and ready for immediate start in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to construction project requirements and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Operate various welding equipment and tools (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc welders) safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts to create structures or framework per project standards.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure durability, strength, and compliance with project standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with construction team members to complete welding tasks efficiently within project timelines.
• Assist with other construction tasks as needed, ensuring flexibility to support team objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
