• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welding specifications.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder, specifically with MIG welding.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Experience with welding setups for production environments.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
