Welder

International Door, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated Welder and Fabricator for our facility in Canton, Michigan. Union shop with full benefits: health, dental, vision, hearing , life , pension

Job Duties:

• Experienced welder/ fitter in arc and stick welding and light Mig welding
• Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions
• Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the jobs needs
• Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Overhead crane experience a plus
