About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dependable MIG Welder to become a part of our team. The right person will bring practical experience in MIG welding and a solid grasp of metal fabrication techniques. While not essential, candidates who also have TIG welding experience will be given special consideration.

Our Expectations

• Execute MIG welding tasks on diverse metals, adhering strictly to specifications and blueprints.
• Interpret technical documents, including drawings, schematics, and weld symbols, with precision.
• Ensure a safe and efficient operation by properly setting up and using welding equipment.
• Evaluate finished welds to guarantee they meet stringent quality benchmarks and project specifications.
• Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized to promote efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Provide support in fabrication, fitting, and assembly tasks as required to meet project goals.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with TIG welding methods.
• Proficiency in working with various materials, including stainless steel and aluminum.
• Familiarity with a wide range of fabrication tools and machinery.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a MIG welder or in a similar capacity.

• Foundational understanding of welding safety standards and best practices.
• Capable of standing for long durations and lifting moderate weight.
