Welder

Job Summary: The Welder performs welding operations for the fabrication and assembly of steel structures and components for prefabricated building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding of steel structures and components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications
• Operate welding equipment and tools
• Ensure quality and compliance with welding standards
• Perform routine maintenance of welding equipment
• Follow safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain welding tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Trade certificate or diploma in Welding
• Valid welding certification (AWS, CSWIP, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in welding in construction
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety
• Good communication skills

License/Certification:

• Valid welding certification (AWS, CSWIP, or equivalent) (Required)
