Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, field-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The primary purpose of this position is to produce fabricated parts by welding maintaining quality and safety standards. The position is also to produce assemblies using various component and welding them together to specifications.

What You’ll Do
- Cut material for parts as needed, and produce from blueprints.
- Work with a variety of calipers or micrometers, measuring tools.
- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
- Use engineering drawings to cut metal into shapes. Fit, set, and install fabricated structures.
- Understand weld symbols. Provide feedback on fabrication process.
- Mig and Tig welding - Required Skill.
- Climb in and out of assemblies.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements

Required:

High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience.

Read and understand blueprints.

Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license.

Two years of welding fabrication experience

Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
