Welder - Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Welder - Fabricator to support our manufacturing operations by producing high-quality parts and components. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

• Use fabrication machinery, equipment, and hand tools including saws, presses, welders, and cutting tools

• Cut, weld, bend, and assemble metal and other materials into finished products or components

• Inspect and test fabricated parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and protocols

• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production needs

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Fabricator or in a metal manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, and fabrication techniques

• Experience operating fabrication machinery and tools

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Commitment to safety in all work practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or certification in welding, fabrication, or related field

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and PPE requirements
