We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Welder/Fabricators to join our production team in Harlingen, TX.

Position Overview

The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding stainless steel parts to build our custom equipment. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and pride in producing high-quality work that meets food-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.
• Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications.
• Operate basic shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and drills.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Proficient with MIG and/or TIG welding (stainless steel experience a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or simple drawings.
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $14/hour (DOE – opportunity for raises based on skill and performance)
• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday
