The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling and welding materials (steel and/or aluminum) according to technical drawings and specifications. This position requires precision, mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- 
Use bandsaws, plasma cutters, and shears to cut materials accurately.
- 
Operate press brakes and other forming tools to bend and shape materials.
- 
Set up and use fixtures to weld steel and aluminum components.
- 
Perform MIG welding on steel parts and assemblies.
- 
Operate an industrial forklift safely and efficiently.
- 
Make minor repairs or adjustments to fixtures and tooling.
- 
Maintain a clean and organized workstation; ensure machines are properly cared for.
- 
Shovel and remove loose materials such as metal shavings and wire clippings.
- 
Follow all Concast safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- 
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Pay & Benefits
- 
Pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- 
1+ year of welding experience preferred
- 
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 
Familiarity with various welding techniques and fabrication machinery.
- 
Proficiency in MIG welding for steel materials.
- 
Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and use precision measuring tools.
- 
Strong math, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
- 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- 
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- 
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
This role is hands-on and active in a production environment. To be successful, you should be comfortable with:
- 
Standing, walking, and using your hands throughout most of the shift.
- 
Lifting or carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds (occasionally heavier with assistance).
- 
Bending, reaching, and climbing as part of daily production activities.
- 
Working around machinery and equipment with consistent background noise.
- 
Working indoors most of the time, with occasional outdoor exposure.
- 
Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
