We are highly skilled at our craft and pride ourselves at being the leader across Texas in custom fabrications of architectural, high security perimeter, and interior access controls. Must have a minimum of 5 years real world experience welding and using saws, grinders and hand tools. MUST be able to pass FBI, and DHS background check.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both welding and fabrication, as well as saws, grinders and hand tools. Maintains workflow efficiency and process, and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

**Responsibilities:**

- Must be able to pass FBI, and DHS background checks

-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

-Must be proficient with equipment

- Perform MIG welding on various metal components

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

- Use hand tools, saws, and welding equipment to fabricate and build architectural, and high security barriers

- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards

- Operate fork lift for material handling

- Utilize tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for precision work.

- Verify ordered materials at delivery, during fabrication, prior to powder coating, and prior to installation.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in MIG welding a must

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Experience in fabricating with metal a must
