Welder/Fabricator

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team, specialising in the production of high-quality AW Trailers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a production MIG welding environment and take pride in delivering consistent, high-standard work. Fabrication experience is highly desirable, and any background or familiarity with agricultural equipment would be beneficial, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for trailer builds
• Measure, cut, and prepare steel and other materials for fabrication
• MIG welding
• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drills etc

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication
• Proficiency in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of workshop safety practices
• Reliable and punctual
