Welder/Fabricator

BMD Fabrications Ltd is a well-established, family-run metal fabrication company with over 35 years of experience, based in the North Cotswolds. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our close-knit team.

We deliver a wide range of high-quality metalwork for construction, agricultural, and private clients. Our projects include structural steelwork for building and renovation works, as well as bespoke fabrications such as staircases, gates, railings, feature lighting, and decorative pieces for homes and gardens.

Key Responsibilities

MIG welding to a high standard

General fabrication across structural and bespoke projects

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Producing accurate, consistent, and high-quality finished work

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in welding and fabrication

Strong practical ability with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

A positive, professional attitude with pride in workmanship
