Welder (MIG)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour and up, based on experience and certifications

We are seeking a dependable and motivated MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience preferred
• Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a production environment throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
