Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Welders & Fabricators to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and fabrication processes will contribute to delivering high-quality projects across diverse industries. Duties

  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding tasks.
  • Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <LOCATION> welding techniques to join metals according to specifications.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble sheet metal and ductwork components.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate cuts, welds, and assemblies.
  • Conduct rigging, pipe threading, soldering, and assembly of fabricated parts while adhering to safety standards.
  • Read mechanical schematics and schematics for complex assemblies; utilize blueprint reading skills for precise fabrication.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, inspecting materials for defects, and following safety protocols aligned with ASME codes & standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of fabrication processes in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, <LOCATION> welding, and plasma cutting techniques.
  • Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, press brake machines, power tools, hand tools, machining equipment, and rigging gear safely.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to ductwork installation, pipe threading, assembly processes, and schematic diagrams.
  • Familiarity with ASME codes & standards governing welding practices; experience working within manufacturing or construction settings preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
