Welding Helper

We're looking for someone to join our small Metal Fabrication team, to help with fabrication of specialty towers.

We are looking for someone with prior shop or manufacturing experience, comfortable accurately measuring parts to cut, drill and assemble. The position will involve carefully reviewing and completing written Work Orders in the shop, including prepping metal components, as well as cleaning and painting when completed. Attention to detail, and a willingness to 'do the job right' are crucial to our work.

You must be comfortable working with and moving heavy components (steel is not light!), and working around the typical welding shop environment. Steel-toed shoes are required.

We're looking for someone who is humble, and hungry to learn and grow professionally. We encourage our team to learn what their natural strengths are, and to hopefully become great with them.

We run a clean shop: no smoking, no foul language or joking - we're looking for people who can be trusted and respected - and who show the same to their team mates.

The position will start off as full-time temporary; the right candidate will be offered long term work when they prove themselves.
