Perform primary diagnosis and troubleshooting of company products. Installation, start-up and commissioning of our company products. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of company products. Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components Record parts and materials used and order or requisite of new parts and materials as required.

Carry out the installation and starting up of the equipment on customers' sites as when required.

Do preventive maintenance promptly.

Diagnose, find solutions and carry out intervention.

Make adjustments on the equipment according to customer specifications.

Advise the customer to purchase company recommended spare parts and products.

Upgrade the equipment to improve performances (equipment & technology).

Write post-intervention reports. Discuss equipment problems with customer or plant supervisor and assist with parts and material orders.

Provide training to customer staff and employees (operators and maintenance staff).

Establish positive relationship to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.

Responsible for the operations, maintenance, commissioning and repair of electrical chain blocks, welding and drilling machines. Troubleshoot complicated mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems including repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions. Responsible for service marketing. Assist in all areas of maintenance with minimal supervision. Carry out any other tasks delegated by the company. In the performance of your duties, use equipment and resources in accordance with instructions provided by the company. Follow procedures, instructions and work orders as part of your normal work functions. Maintains adherence to Company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices. Identifies gaps in safety standards as well as safety risks in the environment and provides recommendations to higher level technical staff and management. Practice and comply with all local and company policies and procedures, work rules and safety regulations. The position requires the ability to work a flexible work schedule, sometimes including out-of-office hours, weekends and holidays. Position may require extensive travel within an assigned area, need to be able to drive 4 wheel vehicle.
