We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Well Integrity Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of well assets throughout their lifecycle.
Position Summary
The Well Integrity Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining well integrity management systems to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in well barrier design, risk assessment, integrity monitoring, and remediation planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
- Monitor and assess the integrity status of wells throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct well integrity risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Review well barrier schematics and verify compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Analyze well performance and integrity data to identify potential issues and trends.
- Lead investigations of well integrity failures and develop corrective action plans.
- Support well intervention, workover, abandonment, and drilling activities from an integrity perspective.
- Prepare technical reports, integrity dashboards, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with operations, drilling, production, HSE, and regulatory teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in well integrity, drilling, completions, or production engineering.
- Strong understanding of well barrier philosophy and well integrity standards.
- Experience with risk-based integrity management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
- Professional Engineering certification or equivalent.
- Experience with international offshore and/or onshore operations.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ISO, and NORSOK.
- Experience with well integrity software and data management systems.

Pay: QAR27,300.00 per month
