Wellnes Center Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wellness Center Director to oversee daily operations, develop wellness programs, and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for managing staff, driving business growth, and promoting health and wellness services aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, including fitness, spa, and health services
• Develop and implement wellness programs and services to meet client needs
• Manage and lead staff, including trainers, therapists, and administrative personnel
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor budgets, revenue, and operational performance
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Promote wellness services through marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Management, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in wellness, fitness, or healthcare management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of wellness programs, fitness services, or spa operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD2,500.000 per month
