Wellness Associate - Parttime

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wellness Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting with various tasks to keep our facility clean and welcoming for all. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively and independently will contribute to a positive experience for our guests and staff.

Availability needed

At lease one shift Monday - Thursday

Required:

Fridays 1 pm - 8pm

Saturdays 8:30 am - 5 pm

Note we are CLOSED on Sundays

Duties

• Engage with customers to provide assistance and answer inquiries regarding services and memberships.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handling transactions accurately with a cash register.
• Maintain knowledge of retail math to assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Assist in booking and managing appointments and schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Execution of daily task list that includes cleaning and operational tasks to keep our entire facility ready for guests to enjoy.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

• Licensed Estheticians or other service providers encouraged to apply as opportunities for dual role is possible.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a spa, wellness, yoga or similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers.
• Being able to self direct and problem solve is a must for this position.
• Must be able us use stairs daily. Must also be able to carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn will contribute to your success in this role.
