Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Wellness Center Director to lead our operations, oversee service delivery, and drive the strategic growth of the center. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance client experience and business performance.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and attract new clients.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health & Wellness, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of wellness industry practices and customer service standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
• Passion for wellness, health, and holistic care.

Pay: Up to KD2,400.000 per month
