About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be trained to educate and assist customers with our CBD products in a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll learn to confidently present and explain our product line, ensuring every customer—whether new or returning—feels supported and informed.

We have a large base of loyal customers and a growing community of new ones, so strong people skills and a genuine desire to help others are key.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a positive, welcoming attitude

• Educate customers on CBD products and their benefits

• Maintain store presentation and product displays

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and apply new information

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required — we train!)
