Job Description – Wellness Slimming Consultant (Client Conversion Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wellness Consultant to guide clients on their weight-management journey and drive successful program conversions. In this role, you will provide personalized slimming consultations, explain treatment plans, and convert leads into committed clients through clear communication and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct wellness and slimming assessments to understand client goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Present slimming treatments, packages, and solutions with confidence and product knowledge.
• Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into paying clients through effective consultation and follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
• Track client progress and ensure excellent service throughout their program.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, caring approach.
• Keep accurate records of consultations, sales, and client updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
