Fitness & Training Delivery
- Lead group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness activities in line with guest needs.
- Provide professional guidance on exercise techniques, posture, and safe equipment usage.
- Design customized fitness programs for guests and members to achieve their wellness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations.
Guest Experience
- Welcome and engage with guests, creating a motivating and positive environment.
- Monitor guest performance and adjust programs as needed for optimal results.
- Provide advice on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle (within scope of qualifications).
- Handle guest queries or concerns promptly and escalate to the Fitness Supervisor if needed.
Operations & Standards
- Ensure gym floor and equipment are safe, clean, and guest-ready always.
- Report maintenance issues immediately and assist with equipment checks.
- Support the Fitness Supervisor with class scheduling and attendance monitoring.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols in all fitness facilities.
Business & Membership Support
- Promote and upsell personal training sessions, memberships, and wellness packages.
- Encourage guest participation in group classes and events.
- Support sales of fitness-related retail items (e.g., apparel, supplements, wellness products).
- Participate in seasonal promotions and wellness initiatives.
