Duties

Serve as a central member of the GenAge care team, helping our extraordinary clients to feel and function at their best:

• Assist providers to prepare for and plan the day, join their patient appointments, draft EMR and other documentation, and facilitate next steps
• Assist healthcare providers by managing electronic health record (EHR) systems and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation efficiently
• Perform front desk responsibilities to educate, schedule, greet and check out patients
• Learn and become familiar with advanced approaches and therapies for energy restoration, weight loss, muscle mass, menopause management, and more
• Escape the onerous documentation and coding requirements of insurance-based medical practices

Qualifications

• 2-years' experience in a medical office or urgent care setting as a medical scribe working with EMRs, ideally in primary care
• Strong communicator skilled at listening, writing and relating
• Curious, quick mind interested in and good at learning cool stuff
• Detailed-oriented and also smart about the big picture

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
