Job Overview

We are looking for a Wellness Nurse who can also support client follow-ups. This role is ideal for a nurse with good communication skills who enjoys interacting with clients, explaining wellness services, and ensuring consistent follow-up to convert inquiries into appointments and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing and wellness support to clients
• Explain wellness treatments, packages, and services to clients
• Handle client inquiries and perform regular follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Support sales activities by converting leads into bookings
• Maintain client records and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure professional, ethical, and client-focused service at all times

Requirements

• Nursing qualification (DHA / MOH eligibility preferred)
• Prior experience as a nurse with sales or client coordination exposure is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with follow-ups and basic sales targets
• Positive, well-groomed, and customer-oriented attitude

Salary & Benefits

• AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Additional incentives/commissions (if applicable)
• Visa and benefits as per UAE labor law
