THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an exceptional Wellness Sales Specialist/Assistant Manager who will serve as both a revenue driver and a people leader. This dual-role position offers the perfect blend of sales expertise, clinical knowledge, and leadership development.

The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare, wellness, or fitness sales and management, combined with a genuine passion for medical aesthetics and integrative wellness. You'll educate patients on our transformative treatments while simultaneously leading, coaching, and developing our team to excellence.

For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway to General Manager within 6-12 months based on performance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We believe in rewarding exceptional performance with exceptional compensation.

Base Pay: $25 to $30/hour based on amount of relevant experience, with annual performance-based merit increases

Uncapped Commissions: Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions on individual monthly wellness sales

Performance Bonuses: Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to individual and clinic success

Profit Sharing: Earn a percentage of annual company profits (no employee contributions required)

Total Compensation Potential: $45,000 to $100,000 (UNCAPPED)
Includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, and profit sharing

NOTE: To reach the top end of the total compensation range will require exceptional sales performance, both individually and for the clinic. Average or even above average performance will not lead to compensation near the top of the above range.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage all non-medical staff at the Lake Ivanhoe location, setting clear performance expectations and holding team members accountable to achieve individual and clinic goals
  • Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones, performance feedback, and personalized development plans to enhance their skills and advance their careers
  • Conduct weekly team training sessions on wellness products, services, protocols, policies, and sales techniques to ensure the entire team maintains expert-level knowledge
  • Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, task delegation, workflow optimization, and ensuring seamless clinic operations from open to close
  • Foster a positive team culture that embodies 4Ever Young's values of excellence, passion, and genuine care for patient wellness
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to drive individual and collective success
  • Resolve staff conflicts and address performance issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on strategic planning, goal setting, and initiatives to grow the business and improve patient outcomes

Sales Excellence & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly wellness sales goals as the primary revenue driver for hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT), IV therapy, vitamins, and wellness services
  • Close sales with new patients by conducting compelling wellness consultations that clearly communicate treatment benefits and value
  • Maximize patient lifetime value by developing strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our full service menu, including medical aesthetics
  • Increase rebooking rates by proactively scheduling follow-up appointments and creating treatment plans that keep patients engaged in their wellness journey
  • Drive patient referrals through exceptional service delivery and implementation of referral programs and incentives
  • Optimize average invoice value for new patients by understanding their goals and recommending comprehensive treatment packages
  • Retain existing patients through consistent relationship-building, proactive outreach, prescription refill reminders, and regular check-ins on their progress and satisfaction
  • Follow up on leads efficiently and convert wellness inquiries into consultations and memberships, meeting weekly and monthly targets
  • Maintain patient relationships for those on HRT/TRT services, ensuring they stay compliant with labs every 90 days and remain engaged with their treatment protocols

Patient Education & Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, setting the standard for the team and going above and beyond to create memorable patient experiences
  • Conduct wellness consultations and follow-ups with all patients interested in HRT/TRT and wellness services, following 4Ever Young protocols precisely
  • Educate patients on the life-changing benefits of anti-aging and wellness services, serving as a knowledgeable guide and trusted advisor
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all 4Ever Young wellness services and stay current on industry trends in anti-aging medicine, wellness, and medical aesthetics
  • Serve as a brand and lifestyle ambassador, embodying the wellness lifestyle through your own commitment to health and fitness
  • Listen actively and coach effectively, providing empathetic support throughout each patient's wellness journey
  • Explain HRT processes to patients when medical staff are unavailable, while always adhering to compliance guidelines and never providing medical advice or diagnosis
  • Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA and all medical compliance guidelines, handling records appropriately and offering private consultation space when needed

Social Media & Marketing Leadership

  • Create and post social media video reels regularly showcasing treatments, patient education, behind-the-scenes content, and wellness tips to build brand awareness and attract new patients
  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar with strategic topics and posting schedules for all providers and staff members
  • Ensure provider participation in social media content creation by coaching them on best practices and holding them accountable to regular posting commitments
  • Leverage organic social media marketing and community marketing strategies to drive local engagement and clinic growth
  • Monitor social media engagement and adjust content strategy based on performance metrics and audience response

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain clinic presentation to 4Ever Young brand standards, including cleanliness, ambiance (scent, lighting, music), product displays, and marketing materials in all patient-facing areas
  • Document thoroughly in the EMR system, recording all consultations, phone conversations, and important patient details to maintain accurate and complete records
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordinated patient care across the entire team
  • Problem-solve proactively, identifying issues before they escalate and implementing solutions that prioritize safety, compliance, patient experience, sales, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all medical guidelines and 4Ever Young brand standards related to HRT services and patient care
  • Maintain professional appearance that reflects industry and 4Ever Young brand standards at all times
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working occasional nights and weekends for community events and clinic needs

Required Qualifications

  • Sales experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, or related field (medical spa or aesthetics experience a plus)
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to learn and articulate technical clinical information clearly

  • Active social media presence with skills in organic social media marketing and video content creation
