Spa Wellness Technician / Body Contouring Specialist

Part-Time (Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time)

Are you passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping people feel their best? CryoRepublic is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Spa Wellness Technician / Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing team!

At CryoRepublic, we help our clients recover faster, reduce pain, improve performance, and achieve their wellness and body contouring goals through cutting-edge recovery and wellness technologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their personalized wellness and recovery journey.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our services and recommend treatment plans.
• Perform body contouring and wellness treatments after training and certification.
• Operate our wellness technologies, including:
• Whole Body Cryotherapy
• Localized Cryotherapy
• Red Light Therapy
• Infrared Sauna
• Ultrasound Therapy
• Body Contouring Treatments
• Additional recovery and wellness services
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Assist with membership sales, package sales, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa, med spa, wellness center, chiropractic office, aesthetics, fitness, or body contouring is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and treatment protocols.
• Sales experience is a plus.
