- Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver an exceptional guest journey.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare to guests.
- Handle guest concerns with care, escalating where necessary to the Spa Supervisor.
- Promote spa facilities, wellness programs, and encourage repeat visits.
Team & Operations Support
- Ensuring treatment rooms are always clean, equipped, and guest ready.
- Always adhere to grooming standards and professional conduct.
- Support colleagues during peak periods and work as part of a cohesive team.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including sanitization of tools and rooms.
Retail & Business Contribution
- Recommend and upsell retail products aligned with guest needs.
- Support achievement of treatment and retail sales targets.
- Participate in promotions, spa events, and new service launches.
- Monitor stock usage and report needs to the Spa Supervisor.
