Key Responsibilities:

• Train, develop, and mentor staff
• Create a welcoming work and dining environment
• Enforce food safety procedures
• Maximize sales and profitability
• Maintain QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
• Protect the Wendy’s brand and assets
• Lead by example and exceed guest expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
