Vendiman Private Limited — a fast-growing retail & FMCG vending solutions company — is looking for a driven Accounts Receivables Executive to join our Finance team.

Job Description: Accounts Receivables Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounts receivable processes for multiple clients and regions.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and follow-up with customers for payments.
• Maintain customer ledgers, reconcile accounts, and update receipts in Tally ERP.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Billing) for resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Generate and share weekly/monthly collection MIS reports with management.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent payment cycles and zero outstanding delays.
• Support audit and compliance documentation related to receivables.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG sectors will be an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working from Andheri East Office (Monday–Friday).
