Growgon Productions, a creative advertising and video production company, is looking for a Content Creator (On-site, Full-Time) to join our team in Manjeri.

We are seeking someone who is creative, trend-aware, and passionate about creating engaging digital content.

Role: Content Creator

Location: Manjeri (On-site)
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Reels, posts, stories)
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals and trends
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams
• Assist in scripting, shooting, and basic editing (preferred)
• Manage content calendars and platform consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video trends
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Passion for content creation and storytelling
