We’re Hiring! Customer Support Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to handle student support, admissions, and coordination for our online teaching services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle queries from existing students and parents regarding classes and schedules
  • Manage new leads, admissions, and provide complete course information
  • Schedule trial classes and regular sessions with teachers
  • Handle rescheduling and replacement classes
  • Maintain student records using Google Sheets / CRM
  • Follow up with parents regarding fees
  • Resolve complaints professionally and escalate serious issues
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports of leads and support activities

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
  • Strong customer dealing and follow-up skills
  • Well-organized, responsible, and punctual

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
