We’re Hiring: Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, and other aluminum/glass systems. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare the Structural model for all types of building referring architectural drawings/models.
• Prepare Structural plans and detailing for all the components/parts of the building with the good
• drawing presentation.
• Setting up Architectural/Engineering floor plans according to the scale as per the project requirement.
• Understand/Read the section, elevation and plan of the buildings and incorporate it in to the structural
• model/drawing.
• Coordination with other disciplines.
• Revit family creation and modification as per requirement.
• Review and evaluate Tender Documents, Shop Drawings, Specification, and Schedule
• Inquire with Main Contractor and Clients about any ambiguities in project information
• Produce accurate quantity survey of related scope
• Collect material prices from suppliers
• Negotiate prices and proposed products with suppliers
• Compile all available information to produce precise quotation
• Propose value engineering solutions
• Support sales & marketing in securing new projects
• Hand over awarded projects to Technical, Production and Project Management Department
• Visiting construction field for supervision and follow up.

Qualification Required

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree in engineering
• Sound knowledge and proficiency in Auto Cad and all related computer software
• 3 to 5 years Work Experience
