Urgent Hiring - MEP Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Preparation of shop drawings as per the project specifications.

· Study the IFC drawings, project specifications and preparation of shop drawings accordingly for consultants’ approval.

· Preparation of building plan & equipment layout, Lighting, Power, fire alarm system, UPS and ELV system.

· Prepare shop drawings / section / elevation drawings/ installation detail drawings for cable trays and other electrical installation services.

· Preparation of as built drawings and O&M manuals of all necessary MEP services upon the completion of project.

· Complete knowledge on the Bahrain EWA regulations to incorporate in the drawing.

· Designing the cable tray and cable sizes by calculating the voltage drops and tabulation.

· Preparation of shop drawings for LV and HV systems and obtaining approval from consultant.

· Preparation of Shop drawings for HVAC Systems, Firefighting systems, Chilled Water systems and Plumbing systems.

· Assisting in checking, revising and filing all technical documentation for this includes making Bill of Material.

· Responsibility of obtaining the shop drawing approval in coordination with engineers and managers.

· Preparing the design for MEP services as instructed by engineers.

Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in MEP engineering.
• Able to create accurate, clear plans and detailed drawings based on information provided by engineers and customers.
• Excellent command on AutoCAD 2D and 3D MAX software.
• Experience of working on residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hotel projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
