Electrical and Mechanical - Engineer

Job Description: Must have experience in high rise buildings above G + 25

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement MEP systems for new and existing buildings.
• Perform technical calculations to determine building loads and equipment capacities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Select appropriate MEP equipment and materials based on project requirements, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
• Create detailed MEP system drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., Revit).
• Coordinate MEP system installations with other building systems to ensure functionality and avoid conflicts.
• Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings for MEP systems.
• Conduct inspections during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed according to plans and specifications.
• Participate in project commissioning and testing to verify the proper functioning of MEP systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding MEP systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in MEP technology and sustainable design practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company standards for MEP engineering.

Qualification:

• Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
• Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works
• 5 to 7 years’ experience required
• Specialized in executing Residential Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings
• Age between 30 ‐ 35
• Should have Driving License
• Strong character and flexible in work
