We’re looking for a female representative to handle real estate client calls, follow-ups, and appointment bookings with confidence and professionalism.

Position: Real Estate Booking & Client Follow-up Executive
Location: 2B – 3rd Floor, Husnain Shopping Centre, Haroon Chowk, Kuri Road, Rawalpindi
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Handle property inquiries and client follow-ups
• Maintain booking and meeting schedules
• Communicate with potential clients regarding listings and projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Confident and persuasive phone manner
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred)
• Experience in real estate communication will be an advantage
