Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about people, processes, and organizational culture. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-time exposure to multiple HR functions — from recruitment to onboarding and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Support in drafting and maintaining HR policies and documentation.
• Assist the HR team in daily operations and other administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Postgraduate student in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.
