As a key part of our sales operation, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets within Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and investors to generate new business leads.
Handle inbound inquiries from property listings, advertisements, and campaigns.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
Provide basic information about available properties, prices, and investment opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with sales agents to ensure smooth client handovers and successful conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role (real estate experience required).
Fluency in English is required (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Russian, or others are a plus).
Basic knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property types is an advantage.
