Profile Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Western Music Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance an engaging curriculum focused on vocal training, music theory, and performance techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocal pedagogy, music education, and curriculum development, ensuring a structured yet dynamic learning experience for students across various skill levels.

Via these academies, we have created a one-stop solution for all co-scholastic education that caters to the skill sets required for the jobs of tomorrow. We are successfully working with more than 150 schools across India training more than 100,000 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive Western music curriculum for beginners to advanced learners.
  • Design lesson plans that cover music techniques, breath control, pitch training, stage presence, and musical expression.
  • Conduct teacher training sessions to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with instructors and music professionals to maintain high-quality training standards.
  • Research and incorporate modern training methodologies and digital tools into the curriculum.
  • Evaluate student progress and refine the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s (preferred) degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.
  • Certification from recognized institutions (ABRSM, Trinity, Berklee, or similar).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Western vocal music or vocal pedagogy in schools.
  • Strong understanding of vocal techniques, breath control, diction, music theory, performance practices, and articulation.
  • Familiarity with different vocal styles (e.g., classical, jazz, pop, musical theatre).
  • Experience in curriculum design and educational pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Involves occasional travel for workshops, quality control and teacher training.
