Wet Utility/Civil Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager that self performs heavy highway, earthwork, wet utilities experience in sewer, water, and storm line installation. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of leadership, organization, and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.

Duties

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for tracking progress and reporting.
• Manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
