Duties

• Host live streaming sessions with enthusiasm, guiding viewers through product showcases or themed events
• Engage actively with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a lively atmosphere
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive energy throughout each session
• Coordinate with team members to prepare content, manage schedules, and ensure smooth broadcasts
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions when necessary
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing viewer inquiries promptly and courteously
• Uphold brand standards by maintaining an organized streaming environment and adhering to company policies

Experience

• Previous host or hostess experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Background in food service or restaurant environments highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
• Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial in creating a welcoming environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism
